At Blue Water Divers, our goal is to provide you with a pleasurable diving experience. This form has been designed to help you give us as much information as possible about your diving needs but does not constitute a reservation. Please note that no diving equipment can be rented to individuals without a valid certification card which must be presented in person at our shop. If you have additional questions or needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Blue Water Divers Scuba Diving Tours  -  Cancellation Policy:
All advanced booking require a credit card deposit.We accept Visa, MC, American Express.
 
Cancellations 24 hours or more prior to the dive tour will incur NO CHARGE
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notification will incur a $60 per diver charge [value of a 1 tank dive]
Cancellations without notification will incur the full amount of the booking
